In-Person Participation Guidelines

  • Registration and entry: 

Get your passes and delegate ID cards at the registration desk @ 8 A.M at venu.

 Entry is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID issued by the government. 

  • Representative kit
  • The delegate bag can be collected by showing its representative ID card at the designated desk. 
  • Time and conduct
  • Late entry will not be allowed to prevent disruption during sessions.
  • maintain professional behaviour and decorum throughout the conference. 
  • Please Silence your mobile phone and electronic devices during the sessions.
  • Consumption of food or beverages inside the event hall is discouraged.
  • keep all your personal belongings safe. The organizers are not responsible for any loss.
  • Photography/videography
  • Photography or videography is prohibited without pre -written permission from the organizers. 
  • Parking: 
  • Kindly Park your vehicles in specified areas to avoid discomfort.

Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  • To join the event:  
  • Use the official login credentials shared with you to access the virtual platform. 
  • Ensure a stable internet connection for uninterrupted participation. 
  • During sessions: 
  • Mute your microphone if you do not talk to reduce background noise. 
  • Avoid Recording any part of the event to honour privacy and copyright conditions. 
  • Use Chat box and Q&A responsibly and professionally. 
  • TEST your audio/video setup before the event begins. • 
  • Before and after the Event
  • Access and review session material provided in advance. 
  • Add the event to your calendar and manage your schedule accordingly. 
  • for technical assistance, reach our virtual action team. 
  • After the event is over, your Participation Certificate will be sent to your registered email.  

Speaker guidelines

  • Arrival and Setups:
  • arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event begins. 
  • Presentation requirements
  • Your presentation should be given in English. 
  • submit your final presentation (PDF or PPT) to the technical team 15 days in advance. 
  • personal laptop is not required-all necessary technical equipment will be provided on the site. 
  • Timing:
  • Ensure your presentation adheres to the allotted time slot

Poster presentation guidelines

           Set up: 

    • Arrive at least 1 hour before the event to mount your poster. 
    • posters should be displayed in the assigned place. 
    • Poster specifications:
    • poster board dimensions are 1 m (W) × 1 m (H). 
    • printing facilities will not be available on the site.
    • pasting and hanging materials will be provided by the organizers. 
    • Participation: 
    • Refer for schedule and be present during your prescribed poster session. 
    • collect your poster after the event; the unclaimed poster will be discarded.
